oh god, I love Dean's thoughts here - so real and hurt and desperate. I'm glad he managed to refrain from getting into the usual shouting match with Cas. Such a wonderful study of their fucked up "relationship". We need that in the show! NAO!

I think Dean shouts a lot when he doesn't know what to say, which is why I wanted to play around with him trying to express himself in a slightly different way. Nothing could convince me that Dean doesn't also know how to use sex to make people listen to him, or at least shut up long enough for him to say his piece.

Case in point, really. :D

This was so eloquent and touching and bittersweet, I absolutely adored it. I could feel how much thought and time you put into recognising both Castiel and Dean's situation in season 6, so the end result was how totally canon this scene felt. And hot, of course! Super hot!
