Well, last night's solo Highland excursion went incredibly well for me. I pulled out another 1500 words or so, which put me at my goal for the end of the weekend. Yay me! Just over 1000 words today. That's my lowest day yet. Bleh. My goal for tomorrow is about 3000 words. We'll see how that goes; I plan on doing short bursts of writing with stints of Soul Calibur 3 as rewards ( Read more... )

Not much additional to say. I'm noticing that the 4 o'clock hour seems to be my wind up time for the evening. Interesting. Lots of oddness with my characters today. Meeting at 2 pm tomorrow with other Cinci NaNovelists. Need to get a new printer cartridge as I'd like to print some of what I've written out for a different kind of portability. Today has already been a very good day for the NaNo. My main character got a girlfriend, made a joke, acquired an interesting job that is full of *gasp* other characters, and she has friends on the horizon as well. I'm also a teeny tiny bit ahead on word count. Just a tiny bit. Whee!

Even though it is technically the fourth hour of day 3, I have not slept yet, so I'm calling it the end of the third day. I'm moving along at an alright pace. I'm still on track for word count, and even a few words ahead, though not many. We'll see how long I can keep this pace up ( Read more... )
