I'm so glad the hearing aids are working out. Mine have changed my life. Yes, it is a very noisy world when you finally hear it. How does the bird sound to you?

Very noisy! I didn't realize how loud he is and no one ever complained about him! I really have to learn to put them in a little better. Dad checked one and I had the battery turned off! LOL

I'm happy you are hearing more.
I wish my husband would get hearing aids. I have to repeat myself to much! :)

The Dr. finally got tired of repeating himself to my husband and made an appt. for him before letting him out of his office. I, also, had to repeat everything I said at least 3 times and always thought he was ignoring me. But, some husbands will listen to someone else tell him he needs hearing aids before they do something about it. How is the weather where you are? Hope nice!

Oh, listen to this one...the audiologist told my husband he can hear, except in the high range, which includes the voices of woman and children, I wish I had sat in on that consult. I would have had put a wee bug in that Dr's. ear.

I know! *smile* Especially men in my husband's age range, he's almost sixty-four.

The weather is improving. We have had a lot of ice melting. Thank goodness we haven't seen any ice-jam activity on the Androscoggin yet.
