No matter how much I try to eat right, do karate, ride the horse or stay active my body wants to stay at 180 to 190, and if it wants to stay there to be "healthy" whatever the hell that is, then that's where it'll stay.
Eat right, live well, and don't worry at it so. We are all what we are, nothing more and nothing less,and for the most part we can't change it. The challenge is learning to be happy with yourself. One of the hardest lessons I'VE learned so far...other than that men should be kept for breeding purposes and opening tight jars! ;-)
oh hon-if I only weighed 190 pounds...OMG I would love it. tack on about another 100 pounds and you have me. Damn Stupid of mine that refuses to do nothing but gain weight while I chase kids around all day and survive on water and healthy foods-yep-might as well be eating the twinkies for all the difference it makes, lol!!
