POWERS & ABILITIES
- 霊力 - Reiryoku/Purification Powers: Pretty much anything with negative or malicious energy, she just has to touch it for it to become completely purified. Concentrating her power into her right hand, with an enormous amount, she could use it to vaporize and completely destroy or nullify - youki/youkai.
- 霊気 - Reiki/Spiritual Powers: She can pass through spiritual/demonic barriers, spells, and or isn't tricked by illusions. (lol sorry pervs) She can sense evil auras and isn't tainted by them. ALL IN ALL SHES MADE OF HAX OKAY? Yeah, I'll be honest guys, Kagome is pretty much if not the strongest human character in the series. Her power is much to that of even surpassing her NOTSELF!Kikyou's own. So either way, you're fucked.
- 破魔の矢 - Hama on Ya/Sacred Arrow: Now to the juicy stuff, this has always been a fav. She'll pretty much use her ARROWS OF JUSTICE (dun dun) to destroy a vast amount of demons/or demon. She infuses her power into it, which totally wipes out and penetrates incoming demonic forces and kick your ass. Plus it makes pretty blue/pink sparkles. Another thing to add, Kagome's power also stems from her emotions, the angrier she is the more ded you are. Plus as we all know in shoutard series: Anger = epic goodness!
- 弓道 - Kyūdō/Bow Good for thwacking, smiting and of course, reflecting an enemy's attack, (see Tsubaki lawl) at the start she's not that good with it, but with more times of actually using it she gets better, as does her skill. Later on she wields The Bow of Mount Asuza, it's a longbow with great spiritual power. It was no easy task mind you, the bow could only be obtained if a certain fulfillment was met. It's supreme HAXX (note the extra X) namely because it has the power to pwn evil spirits OR the users intended target, by passing other obstacles and hitting the enemy straight on.
- ?? - Time Travel: What can't she do? Kagome can travel back and forth, from present day Japan to 500 years into the past, through The Bone Eaters well. It's later revealed that the sole purpose for this was amongst some other things, Kagome's fate was pre-destined, her task had to be fufilled. What that was? Take a guess.
- ?? - Jewel Detection: Insert Spider-Sense Jokes Here. Actually it's just that she can feel/sense the aura of a shard. Like a... detector of sorts. Their exact location, how many, and if its tainted or not.
- 言霊の念誦 - Kotodama no Nenju/Beads of Subjugation: The way of controlling her pup, originally created by Kikyou, placed upon Inu-Yasha's neck by her younger sister (now known as raisin) Kaede. With the trigger being "Osuwari" THIS IS A CAUSE FOR LULZ.
- ?? - Hama-Bakuryūha: THE KAMEHAMEHA OF THE SERIES! Its pretty much a combined effort of both Inu-Yasha and Kagome. A Bakuryūha and a Hama no Ya, she fires her arrow into the center of his attack before it hits. Yes many a god and or (see asshole) have been totally killed with this attack of awesomesauce.
