Is it chili if it has black beans and lamb in it? sarcastic_halli, who did his grad school work in Texas, says no. But if it has beans and cumin and meat in it, I call it chili. So this is chili ( Read more... )

I ask because I used to have a pressure cooker but I gave it away so now I should probably get another one and if I get another one I will surely want to cook this recipe so I want to know what size cooker you're using!

I have a Magefesa Rapid II (http://www.magefesausa.com/parts2.asp?idq=161). I think it's a 6 quart. I had to special order it but I love it -- the design is very simple and easy to clean. I looked at all the fancy shops in the Bay Area but their pressure cookers were all overengineered to me. It was also less expensive.
