How long is this shit supposed to last for?

Ugh...I've had stomach flu symptoms for 4 days now, and I can't take it any longer. At least the nausea has ended (for now), and it's just straight up diarrhea and aches. I thought this thing was only supposed to last for a couple days, tops. I went to the Medicentre last night, and doctor said my stomach is soft, so it's probably nothing serious,

Awwww that sounds terrible!! (Even without the graphic explanations... Which I commend you for describing, because I love to do that when I'm feeling miserable. I feel everyone else should know the extent to my suffering)

I hope you feel better soon! Usually the flu doesn't last longer than 5 days or so. So..you're almost better! I found the worst part after the flu (which I think I had about a month and a half ago?) was how TIRED you feel afterwards. Took a few weeks to get over that part :( But still. That was FINE after the flu itself was gone.
