When I read your entry, one of the first things that came to mind was the 'Footprints' story. GOD is always with us through the good and bad. Not only is GOD always with us, he picks us up when we are down. How comforting is that? Everything happens for a reason, good or bad. I am a very firm believer in that. When bad things happen in our lives, we shouldn't be questioning "why are you letting this happen GOD". The question you should be asking is "what are you trying to teach me Lord".. It should be a time of self-reflection as well. Maybe GOD is telling us that there is something in our lives that is out of shape and GOD is trying to tell us we need to fix it...

Romans 8:28 is one of my favourite Bible verses. It has definitely played a significant role in my through good times and bad.. All of Romans 8 has actually...

Continue to be still, and know that HE is GOD..

Psalms 37:4 "Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you all the desires of your heart.."
