ok, i admit i may be a little tough on kids about eating. basically, there is food on the table at every meal. it may not always be your favourite. you can choose to eat that food, or something within reach like a banana or bread or cereal (something that doens't need cooking up). if you don't eat, you'll be hungry. your choice

i guess i can't always stop outside influence on her.
maybe she'll learn that when she's with mom, she got no choice. haha.
