Pattaya! Is it nice? Hey and have you heard of "Koh Peng Yeng" (bad spelling probably) supposed to be a nice beach for chilling (altho there's a moonlight party zone?) Pataya or Koh Peng Yeng...and which is nearer to Bangkok? Or even Hua Hin? What are your suggestions? We're looking for cheap huts on the beach...and good food. And should we spend a couple of nites/days in Bangkok to check out floating markets/the city etc?

I'm thinking of coming around mid may...I heard maybe flights will be cheaper after a certain May holiday, have you heard?

i think may is supposed to be cheaper, yes. as for beaches... i think pattaya is not nice. the beach is not pretty and the food is expensive and not that good. very very commercialize, busy and not relaxing at all
