I've been meditating again for a few weeks now (usually once a day, 30 mins or so).  I find that I get into this cycle when my normal level of daily pondering isn't enough, and lately the plate has been pretty full.   It's nice to force a slowdown, and to see what will bubble up out of my head when I stop and let it happen.
