you should try meeting new people & putting yourself in situations that aren´t going to make you uncomfortable or unhappy. put yourself first. & don´t think negatively, because what you think about is what you bring about.

& as for your eye thing, your eyes aren´t really the ones that do the "seeing"... it´s your brain. scientists have hooked up machines to people to observe what happens to the brain when they see images with their eyes open, they wanted to see which parts of the brain lit up & started working. to their surprise, those same sectors of the brain lit up when they told them to close their eyes & just imagine what they had just seen.
pretty creepy when we base our realities on what we "see"... huh? when really... it´s our brain doing the seeing for us. it can even alter what the eyes are transmitting.
