John is someone Annie has only spoken with a handful of times, but it's always been fun to joke around together. They're not close, but she likes him and considers him a friend! She knows next to nothing about him at all, but wouldn't hesitate to bug him when bored.
Shiki is a nice girl and Annie likes to chat with her! She thinks Shiki's pretty awesome for knowing how to sew, and Shiki always seems very up-beat and cheerful. They aren't close, but Annie still considers her a good friend!
Neku is a fun person to harass! She wouldn't think to call him a 'friend,' because she doubts he would say the same of her, but she thinks he is certainly someone she gets along with and likes.
Hans!!! It's a bit weird for Annie to not be taking orders from him, but she has easily settled into giving him all her money and taking an 'allowance.' Despite not being that close with him, he is still one of her Best Friends and always will be.
Shiki is another person that Annie doubts would call her a friend, but she still thinks of him as one. He's pretty openly irritated with her a good portion of the time, but she doesn't mind at all. He's easy to relax with.
right now I'm going with a 'if they talk a good number of times I will add them' strategy, and it is not working so awesomely, so if you want me to add your character regardless of how many threads they may have had please comment here!! and stuff!!
