Thats really interesting.

Now I don't know what to think about me playing my Lunar. LOL, technically he's gonna be the "town slut" that uses seduction (and granted whatever other tools that are applicable) to get what he wants or needs.

Does this make me hate women? :-P

That's so sexist.

But so hilarious all at the same time.

That was really interesting. And for the most part, very accurate. Sometimes I get really tired of role playing (or watching y'all rp) cause it seems like all guys wanna do is kill stuff and fight for in-group power. Nobody ever tries to work together, or listen to each other. Case in point, when we fought the demon dudes at the lair of the Earth Dragon in Exalted. We all did our own thing, instead of trying to work as a team. This was really true: "For the most part, women are less interested in rules than in roleplaying through social interactions."

So maybe you can take what you learned from this article and apply it to the Lunar campaign? ^_^

I am trying to do that. in fact Kenneth is jealous of what I have planned for you and it doesn't involve fighting. I just hope your character is decent in social interaction. :) also the thing is Lunars are combat oriented because of their bestial nature and barbarian culture. most Lunars live with and rule over barbarians so you tend to get a lot of "might makes right" kind of stuff. so just letting you know there will be fighting because you can't be a Lunar and not fight in some way. but I will try to not be all combat all the time.

maybe you should run your own campaign. just because we seem to want combat all the time doesn't mean we couldn't use a change of pace. and also I think the main problem is that certain people in the group make leader type charcaters and so they try to run things very forcefuly or even w/out backup from everyone else and so everyone is forced to follow or get left behind.

Well all I have to say is...have you ever REALLY watched how guys interact? Really all we do is mess with each other, kill stuff, and fight for in group power. LOL ( ... )
