....no the subject headline has nothing to do with my entry, just my reaction to an article I read in the NY times

It seems so strange that there are thousands of people being murdered in the Sudan, and we just go on with our daily lives, many times not even thinking about the rest of the world's problems. But what else can be done? I have no idea.

wow donnie darko, very odd movie. but i liked it. didnt get it all, but i liked it. it sort of makes me laugh that some kids have already got caught drinking and are now in deep shit. classes havent even started, that sucks real bad for them. I got a henna tatoo! it is lovely! :) ....now i want more....

The world is huge. Sometimes I think we loose sight of how big everything is and how many people share this planet with us. Today, I was driving, completely wrapped up in myself, thinking about where I was going, what I was going to do when I got there, ect ect. Have any of you read Nine Stories by J.D. Salinger? the first one, very depressing.
