I didn't realize how much of a pompous ass he was until then.

I guess that's the risk one takes by opening their home to someone else. Thankfully, most of the people I've helped out in my life aren't like that.

I totally agree with you there... which is why I sometimes find bad apples lol.

Its something intrinsic of my nature... maybe its because I've been there, in dire straits, before and if I now have something to offer to help ease someone elses burden, I'm gonna offer. My way of repaying the universe for allowing me to live thru all the crap and come out of it sane, happy and relatively healthy and with a roof over my head... finally :)
