Well, I think it's a shame that this is the first story you've posted if you've written more because damn it's good! I guess I just wasn't expecting it to have that ending because I was disappointed a little when I got there, disappointed - not in the story - but in fact that it was a 'mistake'.

cliched is a fabrication, it's only cliched if it's poorly approached and then poorly executed. As this was neither it is not cliched. Rather I thought this was fantastic. Post more.

I have a thing for angst myself, I love sad endings. More often than not I make myself sad writing and reading stuff like that though. I must be masochist. lol.

This was amazing! I cant believe you never posted anything publicly before, and the ending, even though it was sad, i really liked it because it wasnt what i was expecting (shou having a girlfriend)--nice job ^^b
