Ok, I know this isn't at all the point of the post but I'm amazed that a trip to costco can make one feel refreshed. They always used to make me feel like I needed a drink + nap.

I loved all the little backstabby stuff that was going on. Gaeta and Zarek. Tyrol laying down the law to Adama.

The one thing that seriously pissed me off, though, was the whole Cally thing. (A totally biased rant follows.) Killing her off was one thing...yes, it sucked major ass, but I could get over it since the series is almost over. But, now to posthumously turn her into--what? a slut? an adulterer?--that's just really lame. Correct me if I'm wrong, but she never showed the slightest interest in any guy on that ship other than the Chief, right? (Here endeth the rant.)

I don't think it means she was a slut. We don't really know what was going on in that missing year, and RDM says that she was kind of in a relationship with Hot Dog, and he imagined that Chief just randomly popped the question to her one day, and she was kind of in a corner. I don't necessarily see it as a bad thing, and while Cally isn't a favorite, I'm certainly not a hater.

I thought it was said that Cally all but proposed to the Chief after he beat the crap out of that one time. And RDM did confirm that the Hot Dog thing happened right before she and the Chief got together. I'm glad they cleared that up because I was always confused by how Hera was special but Nicky wasn't.

I'm pretty sure they had to ret-con the Nicky thing. Like, they were all, "Hey! So Chief's a Cylon now, cool?" "But what about his kid?" "Eh? It ain't his kid?" "It totally ain't his kid." "Cool?" "Cool."

First things first. I'm so happy that Adama and Rosling finally, FINALLY got it on, but it's bittersweet because a) she was bald (like you, this gives me the wiggins)and b) it's not at all happy but rather tempered with the sense of loss that's going on all around the ship.

That being said, it was a beautifully haunting episode. The show was always sad, but now it's downright depressing. And because I'm a bit of a masochist when it comes to tv, I LOVE it. Felix has got the airlock coming to him and I can't say that I mind. Tigh and Cottle was awesome, as was Starbuck's rimshot line and Gaeta's follow-up, "So I guess a pity-frak's out of the question?" Props to RDM!

Also, Mary McDonnell has amazing legs and I mean that in the most girl-crush way possible.

1) I totally FREAKED out while watching the bald!sex. I screamed and then everybody in the room told me to shut up and rewind, and then I had to watch it again!

Call me crazy, but I think the bald head is pretty testament to their relationship. They've been through everything and now they're going through this, and it's like "she's bald, but whatev."

That being said, I keep getting crap for loving that the "old" couple had crazy monkey sex.
