Haters to the Left Airlock

I want to start off with a little explanation about myself. See, I have this love / hate relationship with critics. On the one hand, I completely understand why they are necessary, both for audiences and showrunners alike. However, I also think criticism is a huge problem. I don't mean literary criticism when I say " ( Read more... )

Yes, I do love it. Very much.

1. I totally agree that engaging with it is much better than not. You get so much more out of it; that's why I write these stupid things in the first place. But I start getting upset when you're so focused on trying to make it what you think it should be, that you miss what it's actually trying to be. Does that make sense?

2. I wish you could be at my Frak Parties. We talk forever after (and during) about what everything means. I think we stopped it at least three times during this one to clarify what was going on. It was so much fun.

3. BFF forevah.

4. For serious.

5. Yeah, I didn't mind him so much. Just kind of ignored him, to be honest.

6. I KNOW.

7. I am ashamed to say that I missed the double meaning, and now feel ashamed. (Although several reviews I read pointed it out to me, and I was like, ohhhhhh.) Maybe I would have got it if I watched it a second time?

8. Thanks, yo.

Fo sho. When you come home? Me and kitty miss you. We want you to come home. First we'll make snow angels for a two hours, then we'll go ice skating, then we'll eat a whole roll of Tollhouse Cookie dough as fast as we can, and then we'll snuggle.

ok, other theory, this one I didn't come up with. Kara is Daniel. When Cavil messed around with the dna, he became a she. Also, he said that Ellen's resurrection technology was still down on earth--if kara found earth, maybe that's how she resurrected herself. Or maybe her dad is the cylon, she died when coming to earth, and he resurrected her?

Also...I'm coming home tomorrow, mid to late afternoon. I miss you too. Naked snow angels?

That's what Melissa thinks, but I don't think so. I thought he said the resurrection technology was in the secret "colony" that wasn't on earth? Cavil doesn't know where earth is otherwise he would have been there already. The last part about her dad is possible, but that would have to mean that he's been hiding from Cavil all this time which I think is pretty unlikely.

Naked snow angels sounds painful.
