I've been having a hell of a time, folks. Nothing specifically too outrageous, just more resistance than I'd like (than I deserve!) at every turn. My day job has hard cases with difficult parents. Without bread, everyone's an orphan

I have a fever and I do't want to move.

However, I am commited to finishing my first ever bread baking experience with easy no knead bread I started yesterday. And luckily dinner (vegan stew) is done, having started that in the crock pot yesterday too.

A year ago I was on a hike and the flowers were blooming. In the springtime, there were no mushrooms.

When I woke up yesterday we had a perfect winter wonderland. Today I am grateful for the order of things.
