Aw that was sweet! And a lovely interpretation of the prompt! I'm really really glad someone picked this one. It was one of my favorites when it was first submitted to the k/u comm about a year ago. :) you've done a wonderful, romantic, and sentimental job here!

Aw that was beautiful. I love how you wrote Winona here and Jim was spot on.

Just saw this is only chapter one *removes foot out of mouth* I can't wait to see where you take it next.

Thank you! I just couldn't use Winona as a scapegoat for Jim, you know? And I guess I just prefer a mother-son dynamic like I'm trying to project here.

I liked that a lot. It was disappointing to hear that Winona had not been such a good mother in the ST DVD. Their dynamics in this story were very believable.
