So remember like earlier this year I wrote about how I saw this guy sitting on an I-4 overpass as I drove by...well it fucking happened to me AGAIN this morning, on the SAME overpass! What are the chances! I called 911 this time and they asked me all these questions and I saw an ambulance turn its sirens on as I was still on the phone with them, so
