Ouch. This is going to be rough

I've been looking forward to this movie and now it's showing on BBC1. It's 5 parts, I think? Anyway, this clip made me take a step back and chew on my knuckles. I don't know if I can handle David so upset...

If he wasn't so adorable and SO GOOD at looking utterly bereft....jeez. *sniffle* I have to just steel myself. I can do it ( Read more... )

O_O Poor guy. He's so good at that. I'm trying to distract myself from the painful sympathy with made-up people by imagining the thousands of women who would walk all over each other to dry those tears.

LOL I know! That image is amusing and helps me shake off the pain for a fictional person. "Get back! I have better shoulders for weeping on than ALL of you wenches!! I brought tissues!"

I call foul.

No man. NO MAN. cries like that. Especially not in front of a woman.

Which means that Tennant is no man.

Which of course we all knew. Because he's Gallifreyan.

Wait, do Gallifreyans cry?

LOL We've seen him cry like that as a Gallifreyan plenty of times. LOL

Seriously though, I've known men to cry like that including my own dad. I haven't seen it to that extent, but I know that it has occurred....it's kind of unsettling for sure. I'm still kind of feeling the tugs and I haven't watched it in over an hour. All of my nurturing instincts are going haywire. *snorfle*

And my funny is spoiled by LJ being stupid. I was going to follow that up with a separate "psych" post, but the dumb site crashed on me.

Oh good gosh that's going to be hard to watch... it's part "*snerk* he's drooling all over her," part "OMG he's hot, even when he's a drooling mess. Come comfort yourself in my feminine arms," and part the fact that I hate watching people bawl their eyes out on screen...

But it's David Tennant and he's one of the most talented actors I can think of nowadays, and so I will watch it, as soon as it's available. Oh how I am easily influenced by The Tennant.

It is so hard to watch that ... yet it's David Tennant - I still can't help but fangirl!drool over him (Come here, darling - Mama will make it all better). When can we poor saps in the US see this?

(your chat with Laura had me on the floor!)

It's airing this fall on BBC1 and I'm sure it'll eventually be on DVD. I plan on illegally downloading it as soon as I can.

Oh gosh. I watched the first five seconds of it and busted up in freaking tears and was hugging the computer (okay, not the hugging part, but the busting up crying yes)! I'm still shaking! WTHECK.
How does someone do that?!?!? I will probably not be able to watch that. Just... :'( He's so good at making people cry, and I'm not a cryer. Trust me.
