Concrit? I think you could just delete the last sentence and be okay. That final sentence is a little cliched, but the rest feels relatively smooth.

Also, I really enjoyed this. The pain of closing that chapter in your life, only to find to your delight that it's not as over as you thought. I could feel for Peter in this, and I'm glad you posted it! ^_^
