I watched the video... gah. Our country is just seriously screwed up.

One of my favorite things about math is being able to take an actual math class. It was so tough and discouraging trying to homeschool through high school math... but now I have a teacher whose whole job is to make me understand this stuff.

And I'm suing my computer's spell check. "Homeschool" TOTALLY needs to be a word.

That's good that she's helping you understand it better!
I honestly always thought it'd be harder in public school, since there's lots of kids to help and all. I guess I figured they might not get enough time to help or something.

I kind of thought it might be the same way to be in public school... like, "Oh my gosh! What if I need instant help and the teacher can't be there for my every question!" But actually (especially in math) a lot of people struggle with it so the teacher needs to move slowly enough so that everybody can grasp it.
