i'm not here to tell you what to do and what not to do...... but.... i don't think that you should try to pull richie from his other band. i think you should let god deal with him in his life. if it's meant for him to join your band then it'll happen. if not, then im sure you'll get a singer ten times better...with screams and all....the whole package.not to mention im sure richs cell phone bill is thru the roof.
