so, friday night, i wanted to go see sweeney todd, but the closest place it was playing was in concord, and sean didn't want to go all the way to concord, so we didn't go. then i spent the whole weekend sick in bed. so yesterday, i still felt like crap, but i decided we should drive to concord and see a movie. we go outside and notice it's snowing

What the hell goes through the minds of some motorists that cause them to act retarded when it snows? If it's snowing out and you're driving at a reasonable speed, no one will go flying off the road, traffic will continue to flow, and road rage will cease.

that's generally true. but what she didn't mention is that it was snowing hard enough that they closed the only interstate highway going south where we live. and that the roads we took home were close to empty of other drivers and it was still a nail biting 25 mph drive home on unplowed roads while the snow continued to fall.

That sucks. We want to see Sweeney Todd too, but our problems involve finding a sitter, notsomuch the weather and traffic.
