 One of my elementary school students got me sick, but luckily I've had all day to sit around and wait for my body to recover. Yesterday was my first real shift being a mall-Santa-photographer, and it went all right despite my sniffling all over the place. While most full-time jobs are awful soul-sucking wastes of time, not all are. I hope you find one that isn't so bad. And there are definitely good points to full-time employment, aside from just more money: vacation time, health insurance, less worrying. As much as I love my job (and I make as much at it as when I worked full time for an evil law firm), I do sometimes wish that I got paid vacation time and health insurance. And if you decide to move and leave Virginia when your lease is up (come to New York! You know you want to!), then you just have to get through it for six months, at the most. That's not too bad at all.

And yay for song writing!
