Finally happening

I finally got my ownplace. I got the keys a couple of days ago and I move in this weekend. I am excited. I have always lived with other people. This place is all mine. It is a cute little place in Playa Del Rey. About a 1/2 mile from the ocean. There is a hill in my way though. I am forced to drive down to the beach to get to and from work(
