"mutual appreciation society" ufufuuu. They probably weren't officially introduced because other people had an interest in keeping Estelle powerless and disconnected from other people. M-maybe they met in some adorable way like Flynn accidentally wandering into her territory and getting the full interrogation pppf. I am reading one of the gaiden novels so if anything happens I will tell you.
I like that Estelle and Rita have a certain amount of subtext, but I like that they can also just be legendary best friends. A girl needs a best friend, especially if her boyfriend is Yuri or Flynn and the boys are always doing ridiculous boy things like fighting.

I like your theory for how Flynn and Estelle met and promote it to personal canon. Did they ever explain what happened to Estelle's parents, anyway? Vesperia is a bit lacking in backstory compared to other Tales games. It's also much more cheerful XD;

Oh my God, she would be the worst boss ever. It would be sort of funny to observe the workplace she ran (like Michael Scott on "The Office") but working for her would probably end a lot of people's sanity, in short order. OTOH, she would get stuff *done*, and done insanely... well, not well, but something like that. Ha ha, sounds like an AU fic is in order here!

Haruhi would be a very effective boss (especially with Koizumi as VP), but I can't picture her part of any organization she wasn't the Supreme Leader of.
Japanese fanboys can be really closeminded when it comes to actresses getting married etc. The same thing happened when the author of Kannagi mentioned that the heroine might have had a boyfriend before. INTERNET EXPLOSIONS, including death threats, ensued. Some people need to get out more. :/
And sure, I'd love to see your fic :) Haruhi would probably pound Drosselmeyer in the FACE.

The Hero or Manya and Minea would probably be a good match for Alena in havoc-causing potential.

I don't think I have one; fandom's opinion of her falls within acceptable parameters IMO.
