  I started work a couple of weeks ago and i like it. It's a lot fucking easier than school. My parents use the excuse that work is harder and disagree completely with that. Welcome to the working world my friend. And you might as well get used to being the scapegoat caus eno matter where you go there will always be a supervisor saying it's your fault to cover their own ass...however you're right, in this particular situation your manager is just an idiot.
Just keep doing your best, and smile and nod at the annoying people like me that shop your store to torture you! ^_^
