Well, depending on rude your diction is, Hidan might be an option. But since you greatly dislike religion-ites and you're not fond of the Akatsuki, that's a definite no. Kabuto would be another good decision because of his personality, but I don't think he's strong enough to be a man-figure for you since you desire someone strong. Shippuden!Sasuke may be a good match, provided you don't consider his arrogance as stupidity. Overall, I think that you can still have open ties with someone that can understand your personality and teach you at the same time. I'm pretty sure you don't like a relationship that everyone sees all the time, with the two lying to each other with cute names and overloaded compliments. Not to mention, he is indeed intelligent, strong, and can be mysterious.

If we go with your turn-on list, I'd say Neji since (1) he's definitely not stupid, (2) he gives off the strong, quiet, mysterious vibe and (3) I think your spunky attitude would keep him on his toes the same as his mysterious vibes would turn you on.
