In A Teacher--

The type of Teacher/Sensei I hope to be is: One that treats all my students equally, plays up their strength, and helps with their weakness. I'd hope to notice if anything was wrong with them.
The type of Teacher/Sensei I don't hope to be: One that focuses on only one student, and uses them for my own needs, not to truly help them.
The type of Teacher/Sensei my students would see me as is: : One that is confident and strong and doesn't take any shit from anyone.
Things you'd like to have your students learn from you: That it's okay to be different, learn before you judge.

Scenario-Time

You're told you've given a team of slackers. Your three students that you're supposed to teach "the ninja way" just won't get motivated. How do you handle this? I'd have to go about find what their interests are. It could be that a classroom setting isn't for them and that they need more of a hands on experience, or maybe they're advance and what they were being taught was below them and boring. I'd try different situations to find out their interest.
You've got two of your students who just can't seem to get along. They pay more attention to fighting each other than you - how do you handle this? First I'd take more D-rank missions as punishment to get them to realize what was going on. If that didn't work I'd lock them in a closet together till they worked everything out
What's the first lesson you would give to your students -- think of Kakashi and the bells My first lesson would be that excuses don't cut it. If you don't know something or unsure ask. Don't make up excuses for ignorance or laziness.
Your students won't listen - how do you handle this? I'd send them on a mission that would teach them a lesson on what kind of bad things can happen if they don't listen.
What would be your deciding factors to entering your team into the Chuunin Exams? They would all have to be relatively proficient in all areas that they are strong in, as well as know how to make up for their weakness. They would have to show me that they were mature enough to handle the added responsibilities.

Anything else? nope
