Dislikes: Big crowds, rude people, homophobia, wailing babies in restaurants and theaters, people who don't get that I need a lot of time alone, people who judge by appearance - I don't want to steal your purse, old lady. I'm trying to help you pick up the things you dropped.
Strengths: I can play almost any stringed instrument and I'm a very kind person. I'm intelligent and curious about a lot of things - I love to learn. I'm creative, but not as artistic as some people I know.
Weaknesses: I'm kind of quiet and shy. Sometimes I think I'm too kind. I doubt my own abilities a lot.

What goal would you have as a member of the Akatsuki? To attain our highest goal and keep those around me happy.
Scenario-Time
You're one-on-one against Naruto. You're supposed to capture him to retrieve the Kyuubi from his body. How do you go about bringing him to your leader? I would try to avoid doing that. I would "lose" the fight and let him go and take whatever punishment my leader dished out.
Your partner is the opposite of your ideal type. However, you're stuck with them - no amount of talking with the leader will get them away from you. How do you handle this? Just take it day by day.
You're surrounded by three Chuunin and their leader (a Jounin). They appear to be really good at teamwork and you're completely alone. What do you do? Probably retreat.
You've messed up you're fifth mission. Completely failed it. Even got badly injured during it. How do you hope leader treats you and what do you tell them when you return from your failed mission? Well, I hope I'm forgiven. I did my best after all. I hope I'm able to tell them some kind of useful information.
You finally find out that the goal of the Akatsuki is something you're completely against -- how do you react? Try to leave.
