What do you contribute in a group activity? The voice of reason.
Why would you join a group such as the Akatsuki? Depends on what they offer me, though I'd probably join if I was shunned or unwanted by society.
What type of person is your ideal partner? Someone who respects me and for what I do best. They have to be strong and serious about their work. We also have to get along with each other and not bicker all the time.
What is one thing you would strongly object to if your boss/leader asked you to do something? Murder my own family.
What goal would you have as a member of the Akatsuki? To gain status and recognition.
Scenario-Time
You're one-on-one against Naruto. You're supposed to capture him to retrieve the Kyuubi from his body. How do you go about bringing him to your leader? Use a Sakura or Hinata clone to lure him away from Konoha, then knock him out, and take him to my leader.
Your partner is the opposite of your ideal type. However, you're stuck with them - no amount of talking with the leader will get them away from you. How do you handle this? Communication is the key. Even if we don't get along, we still need to keep a clear goal in mind and do what it takes to get the job done. This will benefit the both of us.
You're surrounded by three Chuunin and their leader (a Jounin). They appear to be really good at teamwork and you're completely alone. What do you do? If I am completely outmatched, I distract all of them long enough and call for reinforcements to arrive.
You've messed up you're fifth mission. Completely failed it. Even got badly injured during it. How do you hope leader treats you and what do you tell them when you return from your failed mission? I'd do my best to plead my leader that I managed to extract some useful information. I doubt the leader would care about the injuries I sustained, but hopefully the information is what they want to hear, and they let me off the hook.
You finally find out that the goal of the Akatsuki is something you're completely against -- how do you react? I have nowhere to go, and even if I quit, that spells instant death for me. I stay with the group until I figure out a secure means of breaking away.
