I see Jounin. You have a very mature look about you (and are mature in person!), you know how to organize yourself (and others, look at all the times you got me to work on my graphics and dollies) and get things done. Much like Shizune (also a jounin), you spend a lot of time helping others run and organize things (Making all those gorgeous stamps!!!). =)

I'm actually thinking Special Jounin. I can imagine you being really really awesome with one specific thing and just kinda blowing off a lot of the other stuff. IDK, i'm too tired to make a good explanation, but I think you look like the same rank as Anko and that's what she is sooooo yeah. :)

My immediate thought was Jounin Teacher. (I'm never good at explaining my mirror decisions...) Well, we all agree you're a jounin. And I suppose I can just see you dragging a group of genin around and sort-of teaching them and sort-of doing your own thing, a la Kakashi.
