I have to re-vote you as Kushina. After looking through some fanarts of Kushina, like This photo, you seem to remind me more of Kushina than Mikoto. Though you have dark hair and fair skin, you have the same sunny and open smile as Kushina, an outgoing look, soft features and a round face shape like hers, and even similar eyes. That's just my opinion! :) Plus, you also mentioned you like a boho style. I imagine Kushina as having a more earthy, laid-back style than Mikoto.
