ah ;_; I realized that after I downloaded it, I don't know how to apply the file on my desktop, can you teach me how to do so? Thank you!~

well first unzip the file.. then open the folder u extracted it to.. then just open the desktop image and apply it as background, then take the winamp.zip file and put that into your winamp skins folder found in your program files. And the icons just right click on ur screen and go to desktop then click customize desktop and you will see the iocons you currently have, just click each one and hit change icon then find the file and open it!
