*hugs* You are not doomed, they have caught it early. They will most likely have to do a full removal of that node, and want to do chemo *shudders* but, since they have caught in the begining and only effecting one node.....*knocks on wood*

Thank you dear. I was having a pretty good day for a while anyways today. Starting my first vegetable garden in my backyard. Planting jalepeno peppers, red bell peppers, tomatoes and squash. Spent six hours out in the hot sun digging a 9X14 area to get the grass up. Afterwards, I had an episode. Lymph node swelled up pretty bad. I got nauseous. Almost passed out. I had to lay down for a couple of hours. Surgery will be coming soon. It is a 3 1/2 hour procedure due to the fact that there are several facial and ligament nerves either attached to or near the node itself.... I'll spend at least two days in the hospital (the one I work for nonetheless, so the flowers should be plentifull:-) and then at least one week with no stress or much activity at home following.... I really do not want to lose my hair. I am starting to look like Richard Gere now with all of the gray and DAMNIT I am getting a TON OF LOOKS from hot nurses at work:-) LOL!!!! But, I will win this fight! I WILL!!!!!! I am sad though.... I may never have
