AHAHA!....zzZZzz
Damn, I wish I could experience the grad dinner/dance and after-grad stuff all over again. I had so much freaking fun <3
The dinner/dance event started at around 6 so I had all day to get ready and what not, but I still ended up running behind a bit. I had to get to the hair dresser's at 9:30 am T__T so early. My hair took 2 hours to get done, and it wasn't even that elaborate either. It was really wavy and pretty though. I had sit under those weird helmet-looking things for 30 minutes with scorching heat beating down on my head X3 It was funny because while I was getting my hair done 3 other girls that I somewhat knew went in to get their hair done too.
So, time skip and we've arrived! Seeing everyone dressed up was amazing! So many girls had these gorgeous poofy/long dresses. Some reminded me of princess gowns. So damn beautiful <3 But just imagine how much they costed x___x
Time skip again! It's finally dinner time! Our tables were called up by random. We were table 34 and table 33 was the first to go! Damn! And we ended up second to last too T_T Ah well, the food was just divine. I didn't really know what to expect but it was incredible! Salads, different kinds of vegetables, potatoes, buns, random things, chicken, lasagna, salmon <3 ORGASMICALLY DELICIOUS! I filled up my plate so much and I was sad that I couldn't finish it all XD Then there was dessert! OMG! Soooo many different yummy-looking things to choose from! So many types of cakes and little random things, and even a chocolate fountain to dip some fruit into. I'd love to have tried more cakes but I'm not adventurous when it comes to food. If I don't know what something is I won't take it. I heard a lot of it was delicious though. I was a bit dissapointed with the chocolate fountain. It looked great but they must have used cheapish chocolate because it didn't taste as good as it could have been. Oh well.
Next was the dance. It was great! =D I had such a blast even though I can't dance. At first I tried to be very subtle because I didn't want to make a fool out of myself in front of people I'll still be seeing for the next 2-3 weeks of school left. Later I got more hyper and just totally went all out. We had to take our shoes off because dancing for a long time with heels on just totally killed our feet. It was fun walking around bare foot XD The slow dances sucked... only because I didn't have my love there with me v__v Watching all the couples together made me really wish Kevin was there.
Um, oh yeah, it was kind of weird, one of the guys that was kind of hanging around with us tried to give me his rose he was wearing with his tux. I was a bit confused as he put it on me. I wasn't sure if he was just being nice and wanted to give it away or if there was a meaning behind it. Anyway, I tried to refuse but he insisted. When he went away I took it off and just put it with my purse. He later took it back anyways, which I'm happy about because I wasn't comfortable with accepting it. Another guy wanted to dance with me, but I again refused. Yes I know it doesn't mean I'm "cheating" on Kevin if I dance with another guy, but at the same time I really wouldn't feel comfortable/right with it. Haha, and some random guy came up to Sam and I while we were taking a break outside in the fresh night-time air. It was really random and he didn't even go to our school, he was just a guest XD
I was sad to leave the dance at 11 since there was another hour left of it, but that ended up being fine because 1) We still had after-grad! and 2) The little break in between was nice =w=
Time skip! After-grad! At first it seemed a bit boring because I thought there was only one room, which was the main one some gambling tables (with fake money of course), a blow-up....fighting...thing...and a little dance floor. But then we discovered other rooms with more things to do! First we did a bungee thing. We got up on this long blow-up thing and put on vests that had a bungee cord on the back. The goal was to get as far as you could and mark how far you went with bean bag thing. But see, I didn't know that the cord would spring you back if you lost grip running XD It flung me back so hard so many times, kind of hurt too =/ I couldn't beat Kiyo but I beat Sam 2 times X3 After that we went DDR-ING! WOOOOOO!!! I swear we only left the DDR room 3-4 times. We DDR-ed for a few hours straight and my legs are killing me today XD (Sam said hers are too) We totally hogged the mat XD But no one really wanted to do it anyways. Sam and I are so much more better now! Just a few weeks ago we could only do things on beginner, now we've upgraded to light and are able to successfully complete dances on 190 <3 I got a lot of A's too =DD <3 Now we can't wait to try an official DDR machine and see how we are now.
Everyone got at least one prize, I ended up with a movie package. Candy, chocolate, Gatorade, chips, pop-corn, gum, and a DVD. "Me, Myself, and Irene." I remember seeing commercials but I've never seen it before. Apparently it's funny so we'll have to see.
Now I'm going to half-assed describe what went on because my dad just came home with yummy smelling Chinese food <3
None of us won the good prizes at the end. And it pisses me off that Tina, who has already won $40,000+ in scholorship stuff, ended up winning another $500 in a draw. Damn! It's not fair! And we didn't win the car XD
We got home at like 6am or something (can't remember) and had a shower to get the wax and hair-spray out, but it still isn't out so I need to have another. Apparently baking soda will get it out =/ So, today I ended up waking up at 5:30pm XD
