i really like the richland animal clinic in west nashville, although that's probably too far of a drive for you if you're in antioch.

I'm a fan of ValueVet--professional and cheap. There's one on Nolensville Rd up near the I-440 exit, which might be a teensy bit far, but the savings would probably be worth it.

I can second ValueVet. Great group of folks, inexpensive, and will let you know when a service is not needed.

We've been taking our dog to Grassmere Animal Hospital, which isn't too far. We were living in Antioch until recently, so it's definitely doable. I can't say whether they're any better or worse than other vets, but our experience with them has been good. They're good with her and honest and helpful. Unfortunately she'll have to be put to sleep soon, she has cancer, and they've been very supportive. They treat all sorts of animals, so that isn't an issue.

Priest Lake Vet near the corner of Murfreesboro/Bell. Been going there for 20 years.
