Ricordo che l'anno scorso feci il "one time payment" e pagai sui 12-15 euro....ora invece quel metodo di pagamento è sui 25 dollari (quindi conta 20 euro), mentre il "automatic payment" (quello che ogni anno t rinnova l'account automaticamente), è 20 dollari.

I don't know if the paid accounts got more expensive, because I never had money to get one (or decided to buy something else instead xD) but I know that you can also buy some additional userpics even if you don't have paid account :)

Yep. When you go to the shop section and then extra userpics you can buy small packadges with the maximum of 15 userpics. That's what I did with the tokens I won in the competition and now I have 30 userpics :)
