I'm addicted to my computer and gaming. I am NOT addicted to alcohol... they just haven't made a non-alcoholic beer that tastes good yet ;)

I've been guilty of a few of those offenses at times. I know I have addictive traits in my genes, god damn Scottish boozers.

Occasionally I let my habits get out of control but I can usually gather the willpower to stop, at least for awhile, when it's starting to really affect me.

Man, I sound like I have a problem! :)

I think that, to a large extent, our society encourages an unhealthy attitude with alcohol. Not that there aren't people who don't have a serious problem with it, just that drinking environments aren't set up to be places where you have one or two drinks and call it a night. We're encouraged to NEVER touch alcohol, then go out and get stinking drunk. It makes even the most moderate of drinkers into social binge drinkers.

Is it a glass house? Absolutely. Just a really well made one.
