Nutritious lifestyle a year later

I eat a pizza, I get sick. I don't eat pizza, and instead eat my regular healthy foods, I don't get sick. I see the pattern. It's so clearly obvious the only thing wrong is why I keep eating the damn delicous almost free things. But the taste as the baked pepperoni and cheese and sauce comes into contact with the tongue is not worth the after ( Read more... )

I'd have to say A, because I'm allergic to soy so I can't drink Silk. I've got to start eating healthy as well, it's just so darned expensive and time consuming!

Expensive (yep). Time consuming (yep). But 35 hours of nutritional instruction can change that perspective.

Ya, I've got to start getting healthy, I still haven't lost the pregnancy weight and with an active toddler it's becoming increasingly obvious that I am out of shape! :) Now I have to convince Eric to look after Robbie while I go out and exercise.

A couple hours a week. Probably twice. That's all I do. In a several months you could look and feel awesome. I think>>> I've never been pregnant before.

A :9

I don't like soy stuff :I And you said the soup doesn't count. Because that looks tasty.

Also: Does that stuff happen with pizza and only pizza? Are you lactose intolerant? There's always home-made pizza :9

There was a tiny bit of detectable lactose intolerance, so you are right that is a lot of cheese. But I wanted to blame the processed ingredients that make the white dough nutrient-depleted also, all at once with 'pizza'. It's more the fact I ate half of (delicious) Mamma's Pizza (large amount) than other things. I suppose a "full-fast-food-meal" could trigger it too, but just right now comes to mind is pizza (half of), and cookies (half a bag). I just remember that many cookies my muscles twitch uncontrollably for a few seconds.

That's weird, especially the cookie thing :I

But you already hit the doctor so I can't suggest it. I hope it's not something ridiculous like Crohn's and it's just an intolerance to the processed stuff.

oh, i'm not worried. the mere solution is to not eat like that. EXERCISE and NUTRITION will fix this, not the white powders doctors give out like candy. I consider it... A minor blip that's interesting to talk about in the journey of living.
