A tutorial was requested for this icon.
Since I don't save my .psd files ( I'd better do ) I can't promise if the icon comes out the same way.
I started out with this picture , taken from myfanbase.I cropped and sharpend it.
Now you have your base.Duplicate it once and set it to Screen. Opacity at 70 %, but it depends on your icon if you leave it at 70 % or 100 &.
Add this Gradient ( does anyone know who made it? I feel horrible for not crediting the person ) and set it to Screen.
Next step, new layer , flood fill with #C8CBF5 set this to Color burn 100 %
Add this Gradient and set it to Lighten.It looks a bit weird now but it will change to a wicked color lol
Copy this Gradient and paste it into a new layer on top of everything.Set this to Lighten at 60%
Now , go back to your base , duplicate it and drag it on top set the layer to Soft Light 100%
Go back to your last blue Lighten Layer duplicate it move it on top and change the mood to Soft Light 100 %
Now add whatever you want , I added this border(please leave a comment if you want to use it) and a couple of textures ( well, just one lmafo )
