I need a pair of super-shiny gold-gold-gold thigh-high stockings (although in a pinch I could make do with full pantyhose). I'm'a check the Sock Man today, but if that yields nothing, any suggestions?

let me know if you find them! I was looking for a pair to go with my vintage red & gold beaded circus costume. I found a sort of gold pair at Sock Man, but it had a visible panty, so they don't work with the leotard.

I did end up getting the gold tights at the Sock Man, but I'm gonna cut them down into stockings ... they don't seem to have a heinous panty part, but I'll let you know upon closer observation (I'd do it now, but they're all the way in the other room ...)

if you really want them super gold and opaque might work to:
- get yerself some sexy shiny spandex
- lay a pair of thigh highs over the fabic
- cout out the shape
- sew it up
wala!
or sometimes I cut panyhose into thigh highs.
