So my right arm hurts, at the shoulder level.
I was showing Lex how hard I could bitch smack her, and I back handed the sofa.. I heard a pop, and now my arm is almost not useable.

I'm lucky I have two arms, God knew what he was doing when he made humans.
I can stil jerk it.
