Hi, I'm a friend of morgi's, and you and I share some nerdly pursuits, such as an interest in RGB and E/J shippiness. You seem like an interesting person, so here's hoping that you think the same way. :)
Always interested in goat friends. especially relatively local! I'm in Humboldt county, ran a commercial dairy for 7 years, now I am hobby/ kid raising/ part time on a commercial dairy/ milk tester/ type of goat milker. Lamanchas and Alpines.
Hi! I can't believe I didn't have you friended already, I thought I did... well, it's fixed now! :D Great to have another goat friend, especially one as experienced as yourself. I'm relatively new to the goat thing, and while I have no desire to stay commercial, I'm currently working at a new dairy just to learn some goat husbandry skills. Next time I drive home to Washington state we'll have to do lunch if you're anywhere near the 101!
Yeah, I have experience... That means that I might know what I don't know, eh?! Sounds like you are learning more than you might want to learn. I am so sorry you are having such problems. Yes! Please visit if you come by this way and we'll have lunch and talk about goats! I am only a few miles off of 101.
Haven't visited your journal in a while and I guess you've erected some new privacy walls. I'm a long time reader and I'd like to be able to check in on your adventures with goats!
Hi Christy, yeah, I hate to block non-LJ users like yourself (espec. since you have indeed been a longtime reader) but for now, while I'm in between jobs and interviewing and such, well, I just don't feel free to be as open as once I was. I'm sorry. If you ever get a LJ, I will for sure add you to my friends list! Or maybe someday when I'm settled in a good job where they dont' care about my ridiculous bloggings, I will make this journal public once again.
