I have the same problem when it comes to drawing: I'm traditional and so far I've only draw whith pens and paper, but I'm starting to dabble with photoshop and touching up stuff(I'm not good at it, but I like playing around with it) A lot of people think that digital art < pen&paper art, and I used to be one of those people, but amazing things are done with digital art nowadays, and there's something to be said for it. Er, sorry for rambling. Anyway, my point is, it's the idea and the writing itself that realy counts, IMO, and the only "real" advantage I see to writing londhand is that it's easier to lug a notebook around than a computer. All though I admit it feels nicer to write on paper and be able to cross out words than to use a keyboard.

For what it's worth, I really like your writing style. I'm not sure how to ask for a drabble, is it okay if I ask for something about the sea, the stars and a little boy?

I've gotten to the point where I'm doubting, in fact, if I can even write without a keyboard -- because it's been so long since I've actually used a pen. Hence my begging for requesting prompts. :D

Thanks muchly, darling, re: "For what it's worth, I really like your writing style." And that prompt is perfectly lovely.

Urg. I can empathize; blank pages are either the most invigorating or the most terrifying things in the world. I think I wrote an essay a while back that compared them to virginity... Yeah, I was in a slump too.

I can give you some prompts of my own, but there is this one little book I have that works absolute wonders as well: The Pocket Muse. It helped me out of a major slump to write Sleepless I highly recommend it; the prompts come in the form of words, phrases, drabbles themselves and black&white photographs that are just brilliant.

Anywho, prompts:

Feet
Chocolate kisses
airplanes & cigarettes
the smell of oranges

Er... that's all I got right now. Good luck!

Randomness always results in the best bunnies. Can't wait to see the results.

...I will see the results, won't I?
