I joined in the middle of May of this year. I just wanted one because it seemed like a lot of fun; just about everyone at FA had one and I wanted to see what the fuss was all about.
why have you stayed?
Well, I've made loads of friends on here, for one thing, and besides that it's just fun. It's nice to read about someone's life that is completely different from your own
why do you blog?
It passes the time. It seems as good a thing to do as any other.
what do you use your lj for? - fandom? real life venting? movie reviews? book reviews? the news? the funny?
I use my LJ for whatever I want it to be used for. It just depends on whatever I'm thinking or feeling during the particular moment. I mainly use it for real life venting and HP fandomish things, though.

Well, I don't really go by my real name on here, but most people on my flist know it. I haven't given out any addresses or phone numbers, but I would show people what I looked like if my digital camera wasn't broken.
do you have several online diaries? why?
No, just this one.
how would you feel/react if your offline friends found&read your lj? if your parents read it?
It would depend which of my friends found it. I wouldn't care if my two best friends found it; they would just shake their heads in an exasperated, affectionate way and tell me I was a dork. But I wouldn't want my other friends to find it - I think of it as a part of my life I don't want them to see. If my parents found my lj, I would flip out. I'd see it as a serious breach of my privacy.
do you also keep an offline diary? (yknow, with paper ...) how are the two different?I used to, but I gave up on it because it's just so much easier to type instead of ( ... )
